Leadership Unleashed

Leadership Unleashed was a uniquely designed leadership development opportunity designed to challenge conventional thinking, stimulate new ideas and build powerful networks across the cultural and corporate sectors.

Between 2009-2011, over 150 participants came together in two cohorts to undertake a personal and collective leadership development journey.  Together they sought out best practice, shared ideas, and created new models of working, in order to address the core leadership needs of artists, entrepreneurs and business people.

In this film, course designer and facilitator, Mark Wright, describes the aims and ambitions of the programme, and we hear from a variety of participants who reflect on their experience, and the impact, as we visit a workshop exploring the theme of Courage - one of the core Leadership Unleashed modules, along with Curiosity, Insight, and Passion.
