Committing to undertaking leadership development over and above a busy working life is a challenge. With the Cultural Leadership’s intensive learning programme we want to enhance opportunities for cultural leaders to take short periods of time away from their day job to focus exclusively on leadership development.

Working with key providers, the Cultural Leadership Programme offers a variety of different opportunities for intensive leadership development. These include the Clore Short Courses, our Leading Across Boundaries series, Leadership Development Days and Coaching Skills for Leaders.
