Why did you choose the programme?
I choose this programme, because I wanted to develop my leadership style and to share good practices with other learners.
How do you relax?
I relax best when I am walking, listening to inspirational gospel music, with my immediate family wife and children and also on Sabbath when I am at church
What single thing would improve the quality of your work-life?
The ability to spending more time with my family assisting with home work assisting my wife with her college work, pasting on my coaching and facilitation work so that they are confident but humble individuals
What is your greatest fear?
Is not taking action with my god given talents, and wishing I did
What pearl of leadership wisdom would you offer an emerging leader?
To become a leader you have to serve – it not about you it the opportunity to serve other people which is a high calling
What is your guiltiest pleasure?
I don’t really know what the word really mean so I cant really apply it
What words or phases do you most overuse?
Public servant
What has been your most challenging situation as a leader?
An example of this is trying to enable my line manager to look at an idea she was set dead against, however it was a revelation to see her change her opinion
What did you learn from that experience?
The lesson I learn for this experience was the fact I used two of my key strengths I was able to get her to reflect what was her barrier. The two key strengths for me was belief and empathy
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
To serving other people, my family, friends and especial people who have a low opinion

The Bible
Which 'leader' from the past or present day do you most admire and why?
I consider my aunty Olive who would not consider her self to be a leader but have an extra large following just because she believe she is a public servant and live this belief

Between Guyana and the UK

Have you found your leadership development beneficial?
Yes
Why?
Because of my experience of leadership I never saw leadership as serving other. I was so wrong the best leaders I have come to respect and admire is the leaders to lean and master the art of servant driven leadership where people mater than one self
For what cause would you die?
For the belief to love the lord with all my hearts, mind and soul and my neighbour as my self and in this case my neighbour doesn’t have to be my friend
What do you consider to be your greatest (professional or personal) achievement?
Becoming a coach with accreditation and to realise my strengths
What would your 'leadership' motto be?
The greatest leaders are the greatest servant
