Senior Officer – Dance, Arts Council England – London Region
On her Powerbrokers International Leadership Placement as Business Development Associate at the Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination (Barbados), Delia’s full potential as a leader was realised in her work developing a Cultural Strategy for Barbados.
Hugely ambitious and confident she stands out as a leader for all the right reasons. The placement enabled Delia to successfully test her leadership capacity in a different, culturally diverse and international work environment.
Her capacity to employ outstanding communication, relationship building, strategic planning, negotiation, problem solving and the ability to continuously adapt has gained Delia the recognition of senior leaders.
As Senior Officer in Dance at Arts Council England, Delia manages a portfolio of diverse cultural organisations and implementing strategies in partnership with local and national agencies.
