Jane has led Culture24 to become the UK’s foremost non-profit cultural online publishers.  Over 10 years she has built the quality and reputation of the organisation, building links between the arts, heritage, education and tourism sectors and advocating for a user focussed online strategy.  

She is the founder member and Chair of Culturemondo, an informal international network of cultural professionals managing and building online services. They meet each year in different countries to share best practice and seed new ideas. 

Culture24 has won numerous awards, including Webby and Bafta nominations for their children’s site Show Me.  They were also included in the Guardian’s list of 100 essential websites 2009 and the Sunday Times top museum websites worldwide 2010.

Jane manages the day-to-day operation of Culture24, (the main website has upwards of 4,300 cultural venues around the UK able to input information) and built a skilled and dedicated team on very limited resources.
