Invitation to Tender
The Cultural Leadership Programme sometimes draws upon freelance consultants to assist with the development and delivery of its programme, to give specialist advice and offer an external perspective.
We are looking to widen our pool of known consultants/advisors and would like to hear from you if you feel you have the range of skills and expertise to assist in our work.
Personal Profile:
· 5 -10 years experience of working at a senior management/leadership level either in the Creative & Cultural sectors or beyond.
· An extensive and informed understanding of current thinking around leadership development in the Creative & Cultural sectors and beyond.
· An excellent understanding of the broader issues facing the Creative & Cultural sectors, in the context of the wider creative industries, the economy and civic society
· Good grasp of international/intercultural issues
· Commitment and experience of delivering diversity
· A commitment to personal leadership development
· Demonstrable project management skills
· Experience of coaching (desirable)
