Lead Advisers - Invitation to Tender
The Meeting the Challenge Development Programme is a direct outcome of the Cultural Leadership Programme (CLP) Meeting the Challenge publication and regional debates.
The Programme announced in June 08 as a key strategic response to support leadership development across the cultural and creative industries, with a total allocation of £1.5 million over the next 3 years.
Through a rigorous assessment and monitoring process we expect the Partnerships supported through this programme to have a long-term impact and embed leadership development in a sustainable way.
To support shared learning from within, each MtC Partnership will be able to draw upon the services of a Lead Adviser, providing the role of a Critical Friend - to spot, probe, encourage and reflect the key learning from the exchanges; and also to foster and facilitate joined up working and maximise learning opportunities at different points in time. Lead Advisers will be drawn from the extensive network of advisers working across the cultural and creative sectors.
