The work based opportunities strand seeks to support a diverse range of opportunities to learn within existing working environments.
It acknowledges the value of peer support and on-the-job learning, and promotes continuous professional development (CPD) within the workplace.
Three priority areas are currently targeted:
CLP 'Peach' placement opportunities
Coaching, mentoring and facilitation
CLP networks
The debate was one of the most forward thinking and stimulating that I had been to in the area of cultural leadership. An excellent selection of business ready speakers which for once balanced those that are actually doing it and those that are trying to get us to do it.
