The Cultural Leadership Programme is offering an eclectic and dynamic range of placements across the cultural and creative industries for emerging and mid-career leaders, encouraging ‘learning through doing’, with guidance and support from some of the industries’ most respected leaders and organisations.
Focus:
Emerging to mid-career leaders who want to develop their skills in a work environment through shadowing a leader and undertaking key projects with guidance and support. The objective is to ‘learn through doing’ and the expectation is that the transition from shadowing to delivering will be a quick one.
Placements are for a period of around six months with up to £15k to support each proposal. Applications will be by CV and short statement.

Following the success of previous ‘Peach’ Placements, working with leading creative and cultural organisations, CLP are looking for further stimulating and challenging placements opportunities. We are particularly interested in hearing about opportunities outside London, that enable emerging and mid-career leaders to develop their leadership skills, behaviours and practice through the experience of working with established leaders on innovative projects and initiatives.

Working as a freelance operative in the cultural sector, the Cultural Leadership Programme provides an excellent way for me to develop my existing skills and to increase my understanding of the sector in a challenging, yet structured way.
