Leadership Unleashed is an innovative and challenging tailored programme of leadership development that brings together participants from both the cultural and corporate sectors. The focus of the learning will be on personal and professional development whilst balancing this with issues such as operating strategically and under pressure.

The programme features a series of key development pathways, focussed on the specific needs of the individuals but harnessing the combined skills and experiences of the two sectors for the benefit of all. Flexible and module driven, the progamme emphasises commitment and self-directed learning.
