Powerbrokers International Leadership Placements

The Powerbrokers International Leadership Placements (PILP) were launched in January 2008 as part of the Powerbrokers development priority. They are an eclectic range of international placements across the cultural and creative industries aim to support BAME mid-career leaders.

They seek to encourage ‘learning through doing’ with some of the industries’ most respected leaders and dynamic organisations. The placements are both inspirational and aspirational in terms of diversity leadership development opportunities and provide key leadership skills and behaviours.

During the past 12 months, ten placements were delivered in partnership with cultural and creative industry organisations in the United States, the Caribbean, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.
