Integrated Leadership Level One Workshop:

How can I be a more effective advocate and communicator even under pressure?
How can I tune in to the situations and people I encounter, and engage my full intelligence in achieving good results?

This one-day workshop will be invaluable for anyone who has asked these questions, walked away from a meeting or important conversation thinking “I wish I’d said / done something different” and for those who want to deepen the integration of their learning from the CLP or elsewhere into their day-to-day leadership.

Based on the work of Wendy Palmer, who will be teaching the follow up Level 2 workshop alongside Chris Grant, the workshops are designed to be stimulating, enjoyable and highly participative. The simple and effective techniques are powerful, accessible and based on the non-aggressive martial art of Aikido.

The workshops are open to leaders working or planning to work in the creative & cultural sectors. They are free of charge and application is on a first come, first served basis.
